    At No35, we daily source the finest foods available, using a wide array of regional food purveyors providing us ingredients which highlight our seasonality. Dinner is served each evening from 6pm with each menu designed by Chef de Cuisine, Martin Horsley.

    This one-of-a-kind experience allows guests to imagine themselves dining as Van Gogh did in the South of France, painting memorable masterpieces. Guests are welcomed with a unique amuse-bouche consisting of tubes full of colourful sauces, paint brushes and freshly made bread for them to curate their own palate pleasing edible works-of-art.

    On Sunday, brunch is an occasion that can be enjoyed from 12:30pm until 3:00pm offering a full buffet selection, a glass of sparkling and a range of beverages. The cost for the Sunday Brunch is currently $105 per person
