Sofitel Wine Dinner – Champagne Deutz
In partnership with the prestigious House of Deutz, this exclusive wine dinner will showcase a curated set menu designed to complement the finest expressions of Champagne.
You will be welcomed with Deutz Brut Classic paired with a savoury Comte doughnut and Jamon, setting the tone for a night of refined tastes. The evening will continue with exquisite courses such as scallop crudo with aromatic oil and fennel, paired with the vibrant Brut Millésimé 2016, and Poussin with cauliflower purée and truffle jus, complemented by the rare and elegant Amour de Deutz 2011. A rich Brillat Savarin cheese course will follow, leading to a decadent finale of Champagne-poached pear with honey ice cream, paired with the exceptional William Deutz 2013.
