At No35, we love to offer a truly good bottle or glass of wine. Expertly overseen by our Sommelier, No35’s wine menu offers an eclectic mix of Australian, new and old world wine selections.

In selecting wines to be served at No35, our focus is on the expression of varietal and regional integrity and the synergy that can be achieved when matching food and wine.

Like the food ingredients that we use, we look for wines that are true to their origin and reflective of the environment in which they have been made.

With only so many wines available on our list, certain wines have been reserved as the Sommelier’s selection, which are available upon consultation.

Our Sommelier and restaurant staff are well versed and educated to assist guests in selecting the best possible wines to compliment No35’s simple and uncomplicated cuisine.
